Google looking to buy Valve?

Rumor going around the net is that Google might be looking into buying Valve (you know the people responsible for Half Life, Counter-strike, and Left 4 Dead). So does this mean we can be seeing Counter-Strike on XBLA soon because they will have the funds to convert it (please please please with sugar and love on top?).
