From the first beat of Diamond Life to the last line in EST. [80’s Baby] Tyga’s debut CD No Introduction has brought a fresh face to Hip Hop. All of the track’s were provided by S*A*M Sluggo, Patrick Stump, and Evan Big Evil and keeping everything out of the main stream gave this CD an edge it needed. Out of the thirteen songs there is not one you want to rush your finger over to the skip button and no topic about Tyga’s life is off topic. From his love life (Pillow Talkin’, AIM, First Timers) to his family problems growing up (Don’t Regret It Now & 2 AM) Tyga takes you into his life for about 45 minutes and leaves no stone unturned during your stay. This was a big risk for Pete Wentz and Decaydance to break from the pop punk/emo field and take risk in Tyga and with the production quality of this CD that risk will be a huge pay off. The future look’s bright for Decaydance, Tyga, and the rest of his G.E.D crew. 4 out of 5.
